3D Anatomage table is a Revolutionary anatomy teaching tool that’s present in less than 100 medical colleges in the world. It’s the WORLD’s FIRST DISSECTION TABLE in the market. The Anatomage table is the only fully segmented real human 3D anatomy system. We can visualise anatomy exactly as they would on a fresh cadaver. 3D Virtual Reality Station in the Anatomy & Physiology Labs

Simulation Labs

A simulation lab is designed to provide intensive practical learning experiences for health care professionals, students and researchers. SILICON ANATOMY MODELS

Silicone Anatomy Model includes major skeletal, muscular and some of the cartilaginous structures present in typical human anatomy. It is a full sized, head-to-toe anatomical model. They are extremely realistic synthetic representation of human anatomy. This education-grade synthetic human includes bones, joints, muscles, organs and tendons that exist in human anatomy. What is the duration of this course?

5.6 years for (MBBS) M.D. course at Davao Medical School Foundation Inc.

Why MD instead of MBBS Degree?


The Philippines follows US-based education system, and so it offers MD (USA pattern – Doctor of Medicine) which is equivalent to MBBS in India (U.K. pattern – Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery). In the U.S. education system, the students opt for four years of M.D. programme once after they passed 10th grade and complete Bachelor of Science degree. Still, as India follows a U.K. based educational system, our students do 10th and 12th grades at the school level. So, they have to do Bachelor of Science and opt for four years of M.D. programme in the Philippines. That’s how The MD programme in the Philippines takes 5.6 years of course span.

What are the requirements to get M.D. (MBBS) admission at DMSFI?

Medical colleges or schools in the Philippines have set significantly less demanding eligibility criteria for enabling students to receive a quality education with affordable rates.
Age: the student should be complete 17 years of age by or before 31st of December of the admission year.

Passing Percentile: An aggregate of 50% marks in the Higher Secondary Board (+2) examinations in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology (PCB) subjects, is required.

Would I able to practise in India with this MBBS degree?

Yes, you can appear for NMC's NExT / FMGE examination once you graduate from DMSFI. Once you pass the NExT / FMGE, you can register yourself in NMC and start practising in both government and private hospitals in India.

Is the M.D. degree offered by the Davao medical school recognised?

The below following boards recognise the M.D. degree offered by the Davao college of medicine:

What are the PAASCU LEVEL II standards for recognizing DMSFI?

The Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and University (PAASCU) regulated by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines has accredited Davao Medical School Foundation Inc. at LEVEL 2 and now, DMSFI is working towards the level 3 which would be attained sooner!
